Looking for information regarding Chester Ellsworth of Michigan (Saginaw Co. or Tuscola Co. areas). Seams he disappeared in 1903. He was married to Rosa (Rose or Rosena) Bye (Bey or Beye) when he went missing.

I found the below article in the Tri-County Chronicle (for Tuscola Co., Michigan)

State of Michigan
Twenty Fourth Judicial Curcuit, in Chancery suit pending in Circuit Court in county of Tuscola. In Chancery, at Caro on the first day of October A.D. 1903. Rosa Ellsworth, complainant vs. Chester Ellsworth, defendant. In this cause it appearing that the defendant Chester Ellsworth is a resident of this state, but his whereabouts are unknown, therefore on motion of Hiram L. Chipman, solicitor for the complainant, it is ordered that the defendant enter his appearance in said cause on or before three months from the date of this order, and that within twenty days the complainant cause this order to be published in the Tri County Chronicle, a newspaper, printed, published and circulated in Tuscola County, Michigan, said publication to be continued once a week for six weeks in succession.
Dated November 11, 1903
Hiram L. Chipman              Watson Beabh
Solicitor for Com’t.,              Circuit Judge.
Bad Axe, Michigan

Any information in Chester would be great. Rose was remarried later to William Russell.

Sarah
