DOROTHY ELLINGTON AWAITS HER SENTENCE
San Francisco, Aug. 24- Dorothy Ellington, convicted of manslaughter by a superior court jury, calmly awaits her sentence, which will be pronounced Wednesday.
The 17 year old girl who shot and killed her mother last January 13, because she was denied permission to attend a ' party' has made known that she was satisfied with the verdict returned late Saturday and that a " tremendous load " was off her mind.
The verdict carries a penalty of one to ten years in prison. She will be eligible for parole after one year .
