I have the following on Joesph and Emily Ellett, they lived in the Owens Cross Roads area of Madison County,AL, he was a farmer or that was his listed occupation on various Censuses. Joesph Fletcher Ellett the youngest son of Joesph and Rebecca Baker Ellett(d/o Absalom and Eleanor Baker)born 17 Dec 1935 died 3 Aug 1920 burial was in Hayden Cemetary outside of New Hope, AL, a mid size Cemetary that is well kept.Emily Doyle Owens born 3 Feb 1840 died 10 Mar 1922 burial in Hayden Cemetary. Their children are:

1)Robert Isaac 27 Mar 1860
2)Joesph Pitts Douglas 9 Jun 1863
3)Martha Jane abt 1866 married James R. Whitaker
4)Dora Burton 2 Mar 1867 married John A. Mariman
5)Udolphous Denton 13 Oct 1869 died 23 Sep 1954Hayden C married Maldo Lillian Harrell
6)Lilly Day 28 Jan 1875
7)James E. 10 Jul 1880 died 8 Oct 1880
8)William Eldridge 10 Jul 1880

This isn't a line of mine but rather Rebecca is a sister to my g-g-g granfather, John Webster Baker. I hope that the above is of some help to you most was found when doing a few query searches on John.
