J.C.Ellett was a brother to Loma Pearl Ellett. LOMA PEARL was born in Dayton, KY (near Cincinnati,OH) in 1874. J.C. might have been born in KY also. LOMA PEARL raised her children in HUNTINGTON,WV and J.C. became a photographer there. I dont have anything else on J.C.ELLETT. LOMA was married to a railroad man and died soon after childbirth in 1914. Her children were
