On my family tree I have an Elizabeth Turner Ellett who was married to Billy Tally, Jr who was born in Hanover County, Virginia. Elizabeth was born in 1795, she married Billy, 24 May 1821 in King William County, Virginia. Billy died 17 Mar 1823 in King William County. Elizabeth and Billy had a daughter named Sarah E. Tally. I do not have any further information on Elizabeth. It is possible that she remarried to a Wright and then married Bentley Wicker. She would not have been too old to have had a child in 1841. Hanover County and King William County are both located near Richmond. It was common practice in my Ellett family to use the mother's maiden name as part of the child's name. Elizabeth's middle name of Turner came from her grandmother's maiden name. This is only speculation, but I thought you might want to consider this family line.
