George Alexander Ellery born in Mexico City, born 1856 and came to Rhode Island in 1869 to marry Lydia Bobbit. They had four girls, Harriet, Henerietta, Josephine and Mathilda. Somewhere in this family there was a Mary Jemima(sic)1863-1923. My grandmother was Mathilda and married a Andrew Smith, died after 1942 after being severely beaten. I am looking for the parents of George Alexander Ellery and how they got in Mexico City.
