William Henry ELLERY of Mawgan in Meneage 1881

Hi,

Does anyone have any information on William Henry ELLERY born about 1854 at Lanivet (son of Henry ELLERY and Ann BEEKHAM)? In 1881 he is a police constable at Mawgan in Meneage, Cornwall.

I can't locate him in either the 1891 or 1901 census. I have found his daughter living at Luxulyan in 1891 but can't find her in 1901 either.
