I descend from Thomas Powe's brother Erasmus who married Esther Ellerbe, Martha's sister. Ron Ellerbe's book The Ellerbe Family History saws that Thomas and Martha Powe stayed in the Cheraw area. They could well be buried in old St. David's churchyard in Cheraw. A number of Powes are.
