They had four children, Judith, Thomas, William and Mary.
Thomas died, then Martha married a Smith. The jerk took off to Georgia with all of her possessions. Martha then married Charles Bedingfield. History of the Old Cheraws has it that Bedingfield fled, but other researchers show Bedingfield served on the panel of St. David's parish with
stepsons Thomas and William, after he supposedly left for Georgia.
