Thomas Ellerbe and Revolutionary War

My ancestor, Thomas Ellerbe who married Obedience Gillespie and lived near Cheraw, SC served in the Revolutionary War. So did his son, William E. Ellerbe. Does anyone know if they had pension papers and if so, where I can get copies of them?
