Note my name is Alligood, but seems the Alligoods and Ellegoods, Elligoods, desend from the same root. Have several William Ellegoods dating back to late 1600's. Not much detail but willing to give you those I have and see if any fit into your 'tree'. We desend from Thomas Ellegood/Alligood who lived in Northampton County, Virginia, in the mid to late 1600's.
