I just got Henry George Elkins death certificate from the Iowa Department of Health. His father is listed as George Elkins, who was born in Virginia. Henry's mother is unknown. Henry was born in New York in 1836, according to the death certificate, so George and his wife would have to have moved there prior to 1836. I don't know where to go from here and I need some help.
