Hello,
My name is Evangelina Arizaga and was born in Mexico. One of my ancestors was married to Dona Maria de Elizalde y Guzman around the 1600s. Her father was: Don Antonio de Elizalde y Perez de Vergara: Alferez Real de Valladolid Michoacan. He came from la Villa de Mondragon en the Province of Guipuzcoa Spain. As far as I know, originally he was and marry in Durango.

From there you can order films of birth y married certificates. Your birth certificate should have who was your father and your grandparents, from there go backwards as far as you can.
