I just found this site and am very intrigued about my family's history. The only records I have of my ancestry is a story of my great grandfather travelling to Ellis Island and changing from the last name of Nader to Lewis Elias and that our heritage is Syrian and Slovakian. Our immediate family is now located in majority in Northwest PA and Southern Florida.
