My ELIAS family are Sephardic Jews who left Spain in 1492. They spent 100 years in Greece, although, at some point during this period they returned to Spain to search for any living relatives that may of still been there. They then moved to Turkey and Romania before coming to America in the very early 1900s. 1900 - 1904.

I have some genealogy if you are interested.
