I am having difficulty in extending my search of my family tree and am looking for any leads from Elias families (particularly in Europe).
I am Gordon aged 39, 1 of 4 children born to James Michael Elias and Brenda (nee Hodgson) both of Liverpool, England.
James Michael is the son of Frederick Elias (b. 25 Sep 1901 in Liverpool)who married Emma Kelly in June 1924.
Frederick is the son of Isaac Elias(b. 1873 in Liverpool) a Master Hairdresser. Isaac was married to Elizabeth (nee Robinson)on 26 Dec 1893.
Isaac Elias Snr was a Tailor (according to the marriage certificate of his 2nd wedding). He married Bridget Dunne (from Galway, Eire) on 12 July 1869 at Liverpool Parish Church.
It is at this point that I am having difficulty continuing my search due to Isaac Snr having entered England from Prussia.
Isaac Snr was born in 1843-44 and the son of Michael Elias, a Corn Dealer. Isaac and his father Michael are thought to be of Prussian origin.
It is not known when Michael arrived in Liverpool, nor whether Isaac's first marriage was in Liverpool or Prussia.
I would appreciate any help in continuing my search of the Elias Family Tree, and hope any of this information is useful to my fellow Elias's.

Isaac and Bridget's wedding certificate (12 July 1869),
Isaac Jnr's Birth Certificate (24 Sep 1872),
The 1881 Census register of the Elias household in Barwise Street, Liverpool,
Isaac Jnr's wedding certificate (to Elizabeth Robinson) 26 Dec 1893 in Liverpool
Frederick's Birth Certificate 25 Sep 1901
