Hey, just got into the Eley family genealogy almost by accident. Quite an interesting family. Did you know that LBJ's father was Sam Eley Johnson, Jr?

s/o John who married Annie Eley
d/o Sam Eley
s/o Eli
s/o Robert, Jr
s/o Robert, Sr, who married Jane Braswell, d/o Rev. Robert Bracewell, who emigrated from England in the 1630's or 40's.
I am a descendant of Jane's brother, Richard.
