My great grandfather's name was Eugene Eldridge, born in 1853 in New Suffolk, Suffolk, NY, USA (Long Island). I have some information that indicates his parents (Samuel Eldridge and Hannah Hallock) were from New York, NY but I also have some indications that the family may have come from Chatham or New Bedford, Ma. Do you have any info regarding the photo that may be related to the skimpy info I have?
