I have posted messages before and am renewing my appeal for contacts.
My Eldridge family lived at Brede, Northiam, Pett and other villages nearby in East Sussex, England. They were agricultural labourers and moved often, looking for work.
My father was Charles, born in 1906 at Northiam. He migrated to Australia in 1923. His mother Jane, nee Burt, and father William George Eldridge had five other children, George Edward 1902, Wiliam Fredrick 1909, Florence Elizabeth 1912, Alfred John 1914 and James 1917. I have met James and would like to learn more about the others.
If there is anyone researching this family, I would be pleased to make contact.
