Her parents were William White and Rosie Rowland. Rebecca and Charley had a large family and one of their daughters was named Neva Fern, b 2-16-1890. Charley's granddad had a brother, James Matthew b 1829 m Nancy Rowland b. 7-23-1848. James Matthews father was James Sanders Eldridge b 1792 in Ky d. 1872 Ill. Coincidence on names?
