This is in response to your query two yrs. ago. I just happened to see it when I searched to see if anyone was seeking Lucy Eldridge. I found her name when researching in the U.S. Census and then again when looking through the records on file at New England Historical Genealogical Society. It jumped at me because my grandmother's married name was Lucy Eldridge. To get to the point. Your Lucy Eldridge b.October 26,1846 to Eli(Eldredge)and Rebecca at Taunton, Ma.,gleaned from the Vital Records of the Town of Taunton,Mass. through 1850. Hope this isn't to late to help.
