What I have is John eldredge b Groton Conn Dec 13, 1742, ( 5) m Lydia Stoddard 1743 (THIS IS PRETTY IMPOSSIBLE)
(Daniel 4, Cpt Daniel 3, Daniel 2, Samuel 1) Resident of Sheffield Mass, in 1764 went to Salisbury Conn, still there in 1790 cencus, went to Burlington VT where he died 1827. Daughters Lydia, Abigail Smith, Mary wife of William Allen, and Electa, Son John Manly, and children of his deceased son Charles Guy Eldredge - Lydia Stoddard, Wade Hampton, and Charles Guy. Wade Hampton Eldredge ended up in Sabula IA. His will is recorded in Savanah IL with his name spelled Eldridge.
