Martie, other than the internet I have found most of my information at the public library in Owensboro, Ky. They have a Kentucky Room with a great many books on census, births, deaths,etc. Problem is the books stay in that room although you are allowed to make copies of pages. As soon as I can get time your question in addition to others that I have will be researched in the room. In addition to Ky ancestry they also have Va, Tn., WVa., NC., and In.
