Eldridges in Texas

I am interested in any information regarding Charles Eldridge born in Meigs County, TN. He served in the Union Army during the Civil War and was one of the survivors of the "Sultana" that exploded near Memphis. Charles moved to Denison, Grayson, TX after the war and died there in 1941. If you know anything about any of his descendents, will be interested in corresponding with you.
