I couldn't find Harriet Eldridge in the online KY Death Index either. I do know she is buried at the Neace Cemetery at Cockrelsfork, Lost Creek, KY. I'm not sure if the cemetery is in Breathitt or Perry County. It's very close to the county lines.
Her stone reads born June 10, 1875 died July 31, 1923. She is buried next to Green Neace who was born April 14, 1870 died September 2, 1922. According to my uncle, he was shot to death, but I have no documentation.
I'll keep digging. Will keep in touch.
