Your Harriet could certainly be Arch's daughter. Don't know for sure. Don't even know if he's mine yet. But I'll pretend for now. Haha.
Could not find a Harriet Neace on the KY Death Index available on-line. Found two with the name Green, though.
One died Sept 17 1979 at age 96. Resided and died at Perry Co. Volume 045, cert 322268, deathvol 79.
The other died Feb 14 1921 at Perry Co. Volume 009, cert 04187, deathvol 21.

Ask someone to check the 1925 KY death index for a Harriet Neace. Might list her mother. Would at least confirm county of death. Might list volume/cert number so you could order a death cert for names of her parents.
