I too am searching for the parents of my gggrandmother Priscilla Eldridge b. 1819 in Surry Co., NC She was married in 1842 in Stokes Co., to William Green Brown, a famous Baptist preacher. They lived all their married life in Surry/Yadkin Co.and reared a large family of ten. I know about the Brown family but nothing on the Eldridge line.
Can anyone come up with an Eldridge family who had a daughter named Priscilla? She was a wonderful wife and mother I have heard and I would very much like to learn more.
Someone must have some information somewhere......LOOK and let me hear. Thanks.
