Searching for info on my grandfather Jim? (could have been James)Henry Elam. Don't have much info. on him. Married my g-mother, Lula Jane Stanley, 1900-1907, in Fannin Co. GA area. 2 children, Grace Adeline Elam 1(Page)2(Smith), 1907 and Decie Mylina Elam (Maness), my mother, 09/19/1911-01/01/1978. Don't know where or when he was born, where or when or if, they were married, if they divorced, he died or what. Not even sure his first name was Jim. Lula Jane was expecting my mother in 1911 when he left, disappeared, was gone. Don't know which. He was possibly from Greenup Co. KY. My mother remembers her mother saying he was from greensomething, KY. No documented facts on this. Any info. on this Elam would be helpful. I have records on my g-mother Stanley.
