I have the following children for Joseph and Jane. I hope they are the same ones as yours. This Joseph was b. 1808, son of John Ekis (Butler Co PA). He and Jane had the following children:
1. Susannah b. 1832
2. Mary b. 1834
3 Joseph b. 1835 m. Elizabeth Mechling
4. Jane b. 1837
5. Margaret b. 1839
6. Isabella b. 1843
7. Elizabeth b. 1843
8. John b. 1846
9. William Alexander (my husband's line).

The elder John Ekis had the following children:
1. Jacob b. 1799
2. John b. 1800
3. Joseph b. 1808
4. Adam Ekis b. 1816
5. Thomas Ekis b. 1822
6. Henry Ekis b. 1814
7. Elizabeth ?
8. Sarah ?
9. Polly b. ?
10. Barbara b. ?
11. Susannah b. ?
12 Catherine b. ?

I know my information on this line is sketchy, but if you do know of anyone I can contact, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
