Anders Johan Ek and Anna Lovisa 1903 Duluth, Minnesota

Hello,

I am trying to track down my swedish ancestors. My great-grandfather Anders Johan Ek and his wife Anna Lovisa Johanson (Johansdotter?) immigrated to Duluth, Mn. in 1903 with their son Einar Karl Ek. They were married in Sweden in 1900. Anders Johan promptly changed his name in America to John Ek. He was born in Sweden in abt 1878 and his wife Anna Lovisa was born in the early 1880's.... Anders Johan's brother also immigrated with his family.... His brother's name was Mauritz Wilhelm. According to the Swedish immigration records, they came from Traukil Werml which must be a lousy translation as I can't find anything remotely close geographically in Sweden or when I search google... Any help re: how to do Swedish research would be greatly appreciated....

Thanks!

Kim
