Eisentraut Family Genealogy Forum
Dear Kurt: Thank you for your update. My grandmother may be too old to have been born in 1880 as she had her first children, Mary/Marie and Charlie, in the early 1990's. However, my mother, Kuni's second daughter, was called Anna (she was christened Annie, a fact she discovered when she went for her first passport!) Therefore, this Anna Kunigunda could be a cousin of my grandmother(?).
There were directions to an Eisentraut tomb in Calvary Cemetary, which did not belong to my grandmother, but must have belonged to relatives, as many of the first names are repeated for my aunt and uncles: Marie, Charlie, Johnnie, Annie, Georgie, Eddie and Hennie (Henry). None of my grandfather's first names were ever included.
I will try to find the information about whom is buried in that tomb.
Once again, thank you for your efforts, and if you are ever in NYC, please come and visit. Sincerely, Robert
