My great grandfather was Johanne (John) George Eisele born around 1857 in state of Wurttemburg next to Alsace. His parents names were Joseph Eisele and Barbara Saux. The latter seems French to me. John emigrated to North Dakota in 1882. Any chance of a connection between my John and your George? uncle? greatuncle?
