Looking for information on parents, siblings, wife and children of Theodor or Theodor Gregory Isele reportedly born about 1820 in Baden, Baden. Theodor reportedly died after 1917. I don't know if he migrated from Germany to America or not. Theodor's son Engelbert Enoch Isele was born 6/2/1850 in Baden and migrated to Baltimore Maryland in 1865 and then to Norwalk, Huron Co., Ohio about 1877. Englebert may have had a brother Frederick born about 1840 who migrated to Huron Co., OH and married Mary Smith and a brother John who migrated to Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co. Ohio
Englebert first married Theresia Werkmeister on 4/10/1877 in Huron Co., Ohio. Englebert and Theresia had a son Edward Englebert born 11/25/1877 and died 6/18/1878 in Norwalk, Ohio. Theresia died 2/13/1879 in Norwalk, Ohio and Englebert married Louise Helen Metz 10/19/1880 in Huron co., OH. Englebert died 4/12/1924 and Louise died 6/2/1924 in Norwalk, Ohio. Englebert was a carpenter.
Englebert and Helen Isele had at least 10 children from 1881 to 1907. My grandfather Otto John Isele was born 9/2/1887 to Englebert and Louise in Huron Co., Ohio and died 10/1982 in Raton, New Mexico. Otto married Nettie Cleveland of Norwalk Ohio on 7/19/1910 and they raised a family of four children in Norwalk,Ohio
