Joyce, there is no listing of a Nicholas Eiler or anyone named Raab in the index of my genealogy book, which was published in 1973 and has about 5000 names. Anyone in it was born by the early 1960's, I think. Perhaps you should address your question to Morgan Iler, who has perhaps 75,000 names in several family trees.
