This is my first visit to this website, but not my first interest in family history, etc. I am fortunate to have a bound, 338-page volume of the genealogy with the above title, published in 1973 by Dr. John Sylbert Eilar, a dentist in Albuquerque, after over four decades of his research. It traces our lineage to Conrat (Conrad) Iler who came to America from Germany in 1729. There were more spellings of his last name and of the many descendants.

We have had relatives in the Indiana area for many decades, and others appear to be spread all over the continent. I am in California.

It will be interesting to meet some of you via this forum. Perhaps we can solve some family connection mysteries. I welcome replies.

Doug
