May 24 has been chosen by Miss Harriet Eide for the date of her marriage to Arthur J. Root, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. L. Root of 220 West Fifth street. The wedding will be held in the.. St. Francis.. Catholic church at 8:20 with the Rev. Father James Hogan reading the nuptial mass. The bride elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Eide of 421 First Avenue.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Root (center) are now residing at 220 West Fifth street. Their marriage was an event of last Wednesday. The Rev. Father Robert Carroll read the nuptial service in the St. Francis Catholic church. Mrs. Root is the former Harriet Eide, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Eide, 421 First Avenue. Mr. Root's parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. L,. Root reside in West Bramerd. Attending the couple was Miss Shirley Brady, cousin of the bride and Eugene Moores, cousin of the bridegroom
