Hello Nancy and everyone else interested in the Eib history. My name is Elaine Eib. I am afraid that I cannot add much since I am in the beginning stages of learning about my history. What I do know is that my father was an only child. His name was George William Eib. His father was named William Eib and his mother was Grace Dalton-Eib. My father grew up in New Brunswick, NJ. I, too, grew up in New Jersey (Morris County) My father died in June of 1985 at the age of 52. So, I know very little about him. I nothing about his family: aunts, uncles, cousins. Growing up with my father, he spoke very little about his family since his father died when he was a young boy and his mother died when he was 16. I never once met anyone on the Eib side of the family. I am most open to learning more. Thank you in advance, should you be able to educate me.
