Know all persons by these presents –That I Mary Egleton of the State and District aforesaid, that I finding Myself about to depart this life----Do think proper to bequeath and mak A deed of gift to James Ridle my Son, all and Singley my Real Estate And property to have and to hold the Said Estate with out any let hinderencies or moelestations of any person or persons what so ever for him the sd* James Ridle to injoy and make use of At his cression where unto I have Set my hand this 1st day of march 1810
