My wife Joyce was an Eagleton, I have known the spelling to be .. Eggleton as infact half the Brothers of my wifes grandfather were registered in Birr , Co Offeley , Ireland .. one group as Eagleton and the other group as Eggleton ..all had the same mother and father...
