I have posted a biography for C.E. Egleston, farmer in Bremer County, Iowa in 1883. The bio states C.E. was born April 2, 1811, in Rensselaer county, NY. Moved to Columbia co, NY where he married Betsey Barden. They moved to Bremer Co., Iowa. Betsey (Barden) Egleston became a botanical doctor. You can view the complete bio at:
