On 20 July 1882 in Henry County, Va., E.J. Eggleton married James B. Minter. See Henry County, Va., Marriage Register 1, p. 114. She was a daughter of Peyton G. and Edy Ann (Clark) Eggleton. James Buchanan Minter was a son of James and Matilda Caroline (Eggleton) Minter.
