my gr-grandmother was arrilda arrena eggers (b. may 1866,knoxville, illinois, m. alva marion walters nov. 1885). her youngest brother was landerine john eggers. i have seen this name in either spelling in several branches of the eggers family on this forum and am curious how many ties have been made with this somewhat unusual name between these groups. can't help but think there's a common thread that i haven't seen, although i have a cousin that may have. i haven't talked to her for a long time....dave walters(eggers cousin)
