Anyone researching F.J. (Frank Joseph--sometimes just called Joseph), born in Germany in 1851, acc. to the Census? Wife Anni or Anna (Ficenec) born Bohemia in 1847. They had nine children: Mary (b.1875), Emily (1877), Christina (1880--my great-grandmother), Charles (1882), Josephine (1885), John (1888), Alfred (1892), Essie (1892), Loretta (1896). Mary was born in Nebraska, which means they were married and in the U.S. by at least 1875.
