Very interested in your connection. I am researching my tree and found an Egger. Mary Egger who came to Pa in 1885. She was the daugher of Christian Egger and Elizabeth Ramser.

Mary married Ralph Brown and later moved to Knox Co. Ohio. They had the following children: Chester, Edna, Emma, Frank, Irene and Grace. I descend Emma. Marys father was from Grindelwald Switzerland.
