Hi Keith, I've only recently discovered the Egerton Homepage and I am interested in finding more info about my ancestors. I am from Dublin and I've traced my roots back to around 1740, all in Ireland. I Realise that the name originated in Cheshire and I paid a visit to Tatton park a few years ago but I cannot find when the Egertons first came to Ireland. Incidently I was christened Albert, so was my father and grandfather. I would be gratefull for any info you can supply.
