I'mlooking for info regarding the past and present family of Michael Egan of Ballinameen, Co. Roscommon Born 1870. He married Katherine Kenny and came to the US about 1890 +/-. Katherine Kenny is the Daughter of Bridget Ellen Kenny born 1841 and Died 1933.
The Children of Michael and Katherine were John, Joseph, Martin, Helen, Anna, Mae, Margaret, Beatrice and one more girl. John was the Capt of the West Orange NJ fire dept.
Michael and Katherine lived at 97 no Arlington in Orange, NJ. He worked for the Adams Hat factory. About 1922-23. They returned to Ireland and lived out their lived in Ballinameen. They are buried in the local Churchyard, St Attractus.
Their daughters married men with these names.
Anna-Duesinger, Mae-Foley, Margaret-DeAngeles, Helen-Rockford. And Beatrice- Corcoran,Rodgers, Wheeler, and Bogert. .
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
George
