I have it that Jonathan (1) and Sarah Pierrepont Edwards had, among others, Jerusha born 1730, which is much earlier than your Jerusha. However, I have seen that other researchers have a Jerusha, grand-daughter of Jonathan and Sarah Edwards by their son Jonathan (2) who married Mary Porter. That son, Jonathan (2), was born 1745 which puts it closer to the dates you have for your Jerusha. The only named offspring that I have for him, Jonathan (2), was another Jonathan (3)! With so many repeated names within this family following them is confusing and a real mess. There is also the possibility that Jonathan (1) may have had a sister named Jerusha. I've used the numbers 1,2& 3 to help following them. Also, the Edwards that I have been tracing were from MA and CT.
