This is likely FRANCES PARKES JETER who married PETER EDWARDS 9 Jun 1795 in Amelia County, Virginia, and then lived briefly in Lunenburg County, Virginia. Came to West Harpeth (Davidson > Wmson County), TN in 1797, near Franklin, Tennessee.

PETER EDWARDS was a son of ELIZABETH SMITHSON & THOMAS EDWARDS of Lunenburg, VA.
