There seems to be much confusion on the dates surrounding
Alexander John Edwards that married Mary Ingram.
The date given for his birth is 1679 in Wales.
If his father is Thomas, b. 1612, his father would have been 67 years old when Alexander John was born.
If his father is William,son of the above Thomas, b. 1628, his father would have been 51 years old when Alexander John was born.
If Thomas is the father of William then Thomas was only 16 when William was born.
Has anyone else thought that these dates seem odd?
Also can find no two list of their children that is the same!
Someone please help me out of this confusion.
