Oh Richard - it's great to get acquainted with you!!! I have been most interested in your grandmother Maggie Edwards. I thought it most unusual that she was somesort of reverend in the the later 1800's. I tried doing research on her but couldn't really find anything. I have been sending a lot of info as I learn it (including pictures) to John Shuck at the Benton County Iowa genwen site. Numerous Edwards pictures have been uploaded in the past few months so you may want to visit the site.
Do you have any pictures of Maggie Edwards. I have only one photo of Albert Thornton Edwards taken on his 50th wedding anniversary. Its a photograpgh of a newspaper clipping so its pretty hard to distinguish his features although from what I can tell he looks very similiar to my grandfather, Philip Arduth Race. If you are interested in Albert's family info I can give you alot...including photos. I would be most interested in any info you have on Maggie Edwards.
